The odd thing is that the radio station that first reported it offered info that is NOT in the court docs. Sounds like somebody who knew about the situation tipped them off, otherwise it might have stayed as buried as the LeBron James bit.

Listen, people. The information on that document may have been provided by the complainant, who may not have known his real first name. That is not a knock-down argument that his real name is 'Randell Gene Moss.' Unclear.

I just hope the press doesn't run with it like Rotoworld, who really should not have it as a headline. It should say 'Someone named Randy G Moss' not 'Randy Moss'. They are just being irresponsible to get the story out first.

Hopefully the other media will be more responsible.
