The media is allowed to report on people…. And they get extra leeway for public figures. They can’t lie but there sure doesn’t seem to be any lies in this instance, especially since all they media is doing is posting pictures and letting the readers draw their own conclusions.

why do we assume Vrabel and Russini are/were "a thing", when we continue to hear that Russini did this frequently with numerous other people in the sport. (maybe Vrabel did too, who knows).
was this an "affair" or did they have some hook ups when their schedules crossed paths?
if both of the married partners appear to not care, accept the arrangements, and haven't commented, why do we care?

the only part I find remotely interesting, is why Vrabel? some of these pictures date back 5+ years, meaning someone has been sitting on them for quite a while. surely there are other pictures, most probably with other people involved. why the smear job on Vrabel, and by whom?

I've had the same question for awhile now. I'm certainly no expert in these types of situations, but the bit-by-bit, weekly, slow drip of these things showing up suggests to me that someone is really out to get Vrabel and it certainly appears to be personal.

The problem is this.... if you notice, the media outlets don't actually say they are having an affair. They just post photos and let the readers fill in the blanks.

Reread the original article that broke it all. Notice that nowhere does it say they are having an affair. It uses terms like "spending time together" ... "hold hands and hug" ... "had breakfast together" ...

Even if there was no affair (which is ridiculous because we all know there was) there is nothing actionable in the above.

what's interesting to me is why no "investigative reporters " are questioning and looking into it as well. it's almost as if "reporting" these days is less investigating and more agenda driven. todays media sucks.
