Patriots Rumor Is Mike’s job security in any danger now? (Vrabel Allegedly Caught Kissing Russini in New Photos 6-Years Ago)

A report indicating the Patriots are potentially in the market for this player, or have expressed or plant to express interest.
They were lounging in a public place in full view of anyone and everyone who happened to be present. There isn't a court in the country who would say they have a reasonable expectation of privacy in a hotel pool.
If you read that story the resort had a no-photos policy.

That would establish an expectation of privacy

From the article:
“Ambiente Sedona explicitly limits photography ‘to times when other guests are not included’ in photographs and forbids ‘taking photos in the public spaces that invade other guests’ privacy.’ With those assurances, Ambiente Sedona guests should expect they aren’t being surreptitiously photographed. The photographs might even be evidence of a criminal act,” wrote McCann.

In the state of Arizona, it’s a crime to knowingly photograph another person when that person has a reasonable expectation of privacy.

No. Just no.

If you read my above post, a hotel policy does not overrule the law. The hotel can enforce their policy by, for example, making the photographer leave.... but a hotel policy does not supersede the law.

I said what I said: There isn't a court in the country who would say they have a reasonable expectation of privacy in a hotel pool. A sign some hotel hangs in the lobby does nothing to change that.

The only "smoke" is from the Daily Mail. I don't know if I am going to take a British tabloid known to peddle in fake gossip as anything but click bait. How would the Daily Mail have this info and not a Boston or at least U.S. sports publication that covers the NFL and Patriots and have close ties to the Patriots, Vrabel, and Tomlin.
This thread IS tabloid material

Just keep on trucking Mike and give -0 F's towards any moron who thinks you need to step down!
I like the idea floated on WEEI earlier.... give himself a 2 game suspension to start the season..... then when he comes back, people will love him and it would be a great boost to the team

I just watched the WEEI interview with Curran, who seems to be the one spitballing this. they’re worried about this getting out of control due to playlist and gifts bought in Utah? These stories the last few days really seems to be grasping

Interesting.

Apparently it is a crime in Arizona to knowingly photograph someone without their knowledge when they have an expectation of privacy.

This could end up on court.
You can't be serious. You think they want to extend this with a lawsuit? I doubt there is a case there.

Wild how this story just keeps going.

Well it kinda already is out of control.... that doesn't mean it won't be reigned in as time passes but IMHO it'll be interesting to see if the schedule release next month provides a window of opportunity....

I don't know except that some in the media have been afraid to touch this story

Story doesn’t mention a lawsuit. It does mention the criminal act committed by the couple who took and shared the photos.

What a mind-numbingly ridiculous post.

Daily Mail = National Inquirer

Surprised many of you don't realize that.

He had an affair, he didn’t break any NFL rules. By the time the season gets here, the tabloids will be on other stories.

As I have seen stated before by someone if you go to war with the press they will **** you over. He did exactly that and while he seemingly is getting past it a bit it isn't over.
