Isn't that exactly what he's already done?Am listening to the Christopher Price / Chris Hogan podcast where they start off by talking about this topic.
My personal take away from it is that Vrabel should say he made a mistake (without getting into the details), point out that we all make mistakes, point out that it's an off-the-field situation that he is working through during the off season, say he's learned from it and he's going to be making those better decisions going forwards, still expects accountability on the field, and looks forward to the next off-season activities.
Basically admit he made a mistake but frame it as an off-the-field situation not a football one, and "we're on to Cincinnati".
