Patriots Rumor A.J. Brown trade rumors heat up - Should Patriots get him?

A report indicating the Patriots are potentially in the market for this player, or have expressed or plant to express interest.
I really don't understand the Sam drama. He has an opinion...so what. The people here ranting about it the most seem to be the most fragile / delicate. People have opinions...if you don't like them...then ignore.

Is it necessary for you to wave your arms and scream " look at me...I'm a snowflake". They know who they are...and won't respond.

True, I just tend to use ignore for people who only want to argue endlessly.
I try not to mute people. But some of the haters are tempting me. Especially the ones who don’t contribute much interesting or useful to offset the muck they’re throwing.

At least Sam’s posts are about football. Unlike the haters whose posts are entirely about Sam.

Don’t they realize they’re letting him control them?

I don't agree. Sam believes others are to blame for him being so strongly disliked, but that's ********. He can post whatever he wants to, but like anyone else he bears the responsibility for what he says. And the fact that so many here strongly dislike him is due to the never ending negativity of his posts, just as it is for someone who is an over the top homer with every post, and just as it is for Andy turning every post he responds to into a never ending argument. People are responsible for the content they put out, and what is primarily rejected by people on this site is content that is redundant to the extreme. Not that what they are saying in any one post is extreme, but extreme in the sense that they can be counted on to always be negative, or always be argumentative: pretty much everyone here argues about different things, that's what drives the board, but only a few get a reputation for always banging the same drum, be it always argumentative or always negative.

You've been here long enough to maybe remember a particular poster that would start 15-20 threads every day. It was on the political forum and they were anti obama, but they showed up on the main board. I was surprised he lasted as long as he did (a few months) in the late oughts 2009, 2010. If these guys think sam is bad they didn't live through that.

100%. Pearl clutching homers that take a sports message board way too seriously. It's ****ing embarrassing.

Lmao off. The guy who wrote them off 10 minutes into free agency is accusing others of " pearl clutching." The pearl clutchers are those who cry every time they don't sign or trade for the most expensive players, and then shriek that their season is over. And that is most definitely you,

There's much much more where those come from. That **** was when they were going 14-3 and winning playoff games on the way to the Super Bowl, you should see the **** from the actual bad times. Possibly the biggest pearl clutcher in Patsfans history, despite the intense competition from other Nostradamus like doomsayers.

I find screenshots more effective than the re-posting, myself. For example:

We had people telling us from 2014-2018 that the Patriots had no talent, that they were too old, too slow, couldn't defend, had no weapons.

Fans can be silly... outright absurd at times. You wonder where these same fans would be if they were Browns or Jets fans.

Boston fans in general are among the worse for this very reason.

Boston fans in general are among the worse for this very reason.

And Boston Sports radio aggravates that condition 100x.

This thread is a good example of that. Gonzalez has not only been a model citizen, he's been an All Pro caliber cornerback who isn't afraid to get dirty and make big tackles. He makes a tiny gesture for 2 seconds and the assholes in BSR start calling him soft and diva, and their adherents drag that garbage in here and start spewing it.

Gotta wonder if Nick Cattles posts here.

His latest mock draft has him conducting it with the assumption that the Pats are trading for AJ Brown.

“A.J. Brown is a member of the Eagles, as (Eagles GM) Howie (Roseman) mentioned yesterday,” Wolf said. “We haven’t had any conversations about anything regarding that in a long time.”
