It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I’ve felt the thing we have to do for the offense to run best is make explosive plays, get 1st downs on 1st and second down. There is a good deal of truth in this. We seemed predictable on first down in the playoffs - especially on the first series of a drive. I thought we would run the ball well in the playoffs - we did not.
Gonzo is going to get PAID.Yes people were saying he wouldn’t be worth whatever we pay him. Some even said they hope he struggled so his price tag would go down. Weird logic. Gonzo is a stud.
Josh mcdaniels wasted a great defensive performance.
No I don’t.You know what I meant
Agree so much. I would have loved to have landed Shaheed, or especially Jacobi Meyers at the trade deadline. Shaheed would’ve added speed to the offense. Maybe we can sign him in free agency. Meyers would’ve added much needed route running getting open, and good hands that could’ve helped the offense.I hear you. Then we didn’t do what needed to be done at the trade deadline.
Yes you do.No I don’t.
You more fall along the lines of brain rotIt's called being a fan...do you know fan is short for? Fanatic. Why do you care? Why do you get your Pats panties in a bunch when people rip the team. Its what fans do.
Agree. Not sure what help was out there but yeah we should have added.I hear you. Then we didn’t do what needed to be done at the trade deadline.
I wonder if they’ve at least been hiding something, perhaps with the shoulder. Maybe not major but that which would’ve certainly had an impact.Maybe Maye really is dealing with a somewhat serious injury.
People want everything and it's not gonna happen. You might get a new LT, but you won't get a guard. You might get an edge guy, but you won't get the WR.Again, all personnel demands. McDaniels will call based on his personnel. And Maye is included in that; it's a very special few who can do both very well.
Also it's just straight up extremely difficult to build an offense with receivers that both are explosive and big like ours, but also surgical options like Welker or Edelman, AND keep Rham and Hendo.
That statement essentially becomes "We need a perfect offense with no weaknesses"
The team won four games last year. He is 23 years old. He's not hot-headed. He'll be fine. The sky is not falling we made it to the SB, he's smart and he learns. This are known factors about Maye.On what do you base Maye's "resiliency" ? His comeback vs Tyler huntley? His "comeback" vs Jarrett Stidham? We have no proof that Maye is resilient? He's play very poorly vs every playoff defense.
Once Maye starts checking down more regularly, more things will open up deeper as teams need to defend the check down too.Mayes checkdown game is lacking atm. However, the play deep in our endzone where he hit Stevenson to avoid a blitz was encouraging. The ability is there it’s just a work in progress.
I don’t think he even really knows how to properly execute his grub hub deliveriesBrother do you even know what it takes to gameplan?
Personnel that executes.
The Patriots did not do that on offense tonight.
Meyers made Trevor Lawrence look legit for a minute.Agree so much. I would have loved to have landed Shaheed, or especially Jacobi Meyers at the trade deadline. Shaheed would’ve added speed to the offense. Maybe we can sign him in free agency. Meyers would’ve added much needed route running getting open, and good hands that could’ve helped the offense.
Tom Brady lost to Nick Foles, Eli Manning twice. They lost to Sam ****ing Darnold. That's is embarrassing. Josh mcdaniels couldn't scheme it enough to score ONE ****ing TD in the first half. ONE TD and it's a completely different game
