Game Day Thread 2025 OFFICIAL GAME DAY THREAD: Super Bowl - NE vs SEA

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

And deservedly so. You put this effort out there and you earn every bit of it.

Unless this game changes, Maye will be looked at as a fraud. Yes he has been under duress sure, but there are times that he has had guys open. He is Rex Grossman right now.

Maybe Cam was right after all, we just didn't want to hear it. The next 25 minutes or so will tell us the answer.
I think any honest fan knows just how overrun the entire offense has looked in the is game. And remembers the dude is in his 2nd year

Anyone actually calling him a fraud isn’t an opinion worth taking seriously

Drake Maye could be the offensive version of the Boogeyman defense. Put up great #s vs crap teams. And totally exposed vs good teams

Blocking and tackling...

At least they know now, Maye needs explosive, high end talent around him. He’s not Brady where he can take B recievers and turn them into A recievers.

At least I hope they know.
First he needs a superior O Line

I dont give a **** what they said,

I dont give a **** what they posted.

I do care that you took an unwarranted potshot at the guy who gives us a place to talk Patriots, does it in a magnanimous manner and treats everybody with a measure of respect.

If you cant recognize that then you are a moron. Nut up, be a ****ing man and ****ing apologize.

I repeat - This is a hill I will die on.
A place where it’s apparently fine to be repeatedly racist.

I am greatful for what Ian is doing but the way you brush off racism is disgusting

You owe me a apology you loser. That's the only thing that needs to happen here.

It's too early, of course, but it looks as if we should pick up a free agent/trade edge guy for the D, maybe draft another, then use most of the draft/free agent acquisitions on the offensive side. We don't want to waste Drake's skills (and rookie-pay years) with a sub-par O-line and Offensive skills guys.

Need a TD here, simple as that.

21 personnel please.

disagree 100%

23 year old with an offensive roster that 100% doesn't belong here

all good

This is the Super Bowl. This is his second season. I know this game sucks, but let's not write him off just yet.
Every team had "flaws" of some sort. The Patriots just was able to weather its flaws better than the rest of the AFC. That's not a bad thing.

also, we need to get Diggs some plays. We are paying all this money for him not being a factor

VAMOS UN TD Y TUDO CAMBIA

UN DRIVE DE CAMPEON, PORFAVOOOOOOORRRR

If we go 3 and out here i feel like the dam is going to break. The defense have to be exhausted.
