By NOT rooting for the Pats he is upsetting millions of Pats fans that supported him anytime for anything. Even though he does not owe his success on the gridiron to the fans, he sure as he'll owes his notoriety to us.

I think he is a different person off the field now. And frankly, he probably won't care too much if the Patriots lose. That said, he gave an entire region 20 years of glorious memories. From huge upsets, to excellent regular seasons and comeback SB wins. He paid the fans back tenfold.
