Brady has done nothing in the league outside of calling plays for Allen had been at other stops and had a resume I'd be more inclined to think he'd be an asset. Allen doesn't need Brady, Brady needs him.

Yes! As we know.. to be a successful HC you have to have the moxie, the abilities to command a team. I don't see anything of that in Joe Brady.. had he went elsewhere and made a name for himself it would had probably been a better sell.
