If the Pats Win Today . . .

If the Pats win today it will be 2 weeks of how they don't belong in the SB.

Lucky Frauds. I cannot fathom that NE would be favored. Probably 7 point dogs? 31 NFL fanbases will lay money down on the NFC team.

Would also be a record for conference championship road wins.

That's amazing to those of us who remember being the doormat of the league...
Pats had 1 playoff win in their first 26 years of existence
They had 4 wins in their first 36 years (3 in one year)
7 wins in their first 41 years of existence and now....
32 wins in the last 25 years (at least one win in 15 of those years)
Us old folks ( I was born when there were 49 stars on the flag) remember and appreciate every...single... playoff... win....

Line now is +3 vs Rams, +3.5 vs Seahawks.
Line for Denver matchups is 5 points higher

Interesting. I always thought Alaska and Hawaii came in together and we went from 48 to 50 but there was a few months in between where the flag had 49.

How to you manage to post so quickly using stone tablets?

Kidding.

Honestly, if they win this, it will probably be the most difficult game of the entire run. Neither the Rams nor Seattle are teams they can't beat. And if we're being 100% truthful, I put this up there with what Manning did in 2006. The Patriots were his toughest opponent, and had it not been for everybody being sick, that game probably would have gone the other way.

Meanwhile, he ended up facing a Bears team that New England would have dominated, yet it was all Peyton could do to win that one (and he was named MVP if I recall).

So I'm excited...because if they pull this one out, I really do like their chances. Neither of those two remaining teams worry me as much as today's does.

That's a narrow window you were born in.

There couldn't be that many of you.

Earliy lines have them as 3.5-4 point underdogs vs the NFC champion. Lines could change depending on injuries and how each team looks in the games today.

Denver? Currently at 9 point underdogs if they win today. Might be the biggest SB mismatch in many many years.

Defensively I agree but Stafford would be the best QB they faced all year. Even at his age bro is just elite.
