It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Fun town, Houston... saw Journey at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion more than a few years ago... good timesRoger that. Just above freezing now and expected to drop into the low 20s this evening at the Houston outpost. Properly hunkered down and psyched for some football.
Damn! You said 24"! Wow.Fully prepped... supplies laid down... battery banks charging...
First very light snow started 15 minutes ago... calling for a 2pm start for the big stuff...
Hope everyone fares well...
After working outside for 43 years I learned to really hate the winter.Hate winter. I’ll get a day off tomorrow, but I’d rather get 10C…
NE is a beautiful place to live. The light flurries just started here in RI. This is one of those weekends where I seriously question why I still live here. The snow is pretty, but the cold is disgusting.
Stay safe, everyone!
I’m guessing this game would’ve been moved to tomorrow night. It really is too bad the Bills suck ass and aren't coming here for a snow bowl with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line
No Way.I’m guessing this game would’ve been moved to tomorrow night.

Can you get access to a generator?Getting apocalyptic here. Full on ice storm after the snow fell. Lots of power outages and trees falling on powerlines. I can hear trees snapping out back, sounds like thunder. Still have power for now, needs to stay on for the game!
That’s a nice way of putting it. I’ve lived in DC and Asia for 5 years each and I’ve been to 45 states and 47 countries, and while I find some places are “better” than here, none are as good for me. Gravity keeps pulling me back to this stupid place.I find that the problem with everywhere else I try to live is it’s not here.
I’m hunkered down cooking a nice stew, watching the snow fall and counting down to the Pats game. No complaints!
Now that is scary. My time in the mid-Atlantic gave me a healthy fear of ice. Keep everything warm and charging at all times!Getting apocalyptic here. Full on ice storm after the snow fell. Lots of power outages and trees falling on powerlines. I can hear trees snapping out back, sounds like thunder. Still have power for now, needs to stay on for the game!
