NFL Playoff Discussion (Other Teams)

I personally don’t trust either of these teams, but give DEN the HFA.
- Seems like everyone thinking Josh A = Clark K. are picking Jills. I think it’s a team game & their window is closed. The cape retired when Cam left CAR. He’ll keep it close, but I don’t think Jills will close the deal.

Still rather see another home game ( Jill’s win) and then …..we really, REALLY BLOW OUT THE JILLs. So I won’t be hurt if my prediction wrong.

Wild card is: I ALSO just don’t trust the refs in any Josh vs anybody game. My theory has been since 2005 that GoToHell is convinced PERSONALITIES put Butts in seats in front of the TV. So long he views Allen as more bankable than Mix or Drake, if he wants to put a thumb on the scale…. I’m sure he will. And all those parasites addicted to nfl clicks & access will just shrug and go “ bad call, it happens in every game.”

I don’t think super highly of either so im just going with the qb. Predicting its a close game and allen does more than nix down the stretch.

Im not sure what team i would actually want more next week if we advance but its pretty much impossible for me to root for buffalo so ill be cheering for denver

If the Broncos are having success running the ball they better continue to run it, I know it sounds like a no brainer but last week the Jaguars were averaging 8 yards a carry, yet they only ran the ball 14 times. Why did the Pats only run the ball 5 or 6 times in the second half when they were averaging almost ten yards a carry.

Still think Nix is a barely more than a JAG who's propped up by one of the best rosters in the NFL. We'll see what he has to say about that today.

The Bills' DL is awful against the run and the Broncos have the #1 OL in the NFL. Seems like a no-brainer to just run the ball and use play action. We'll see I guess.

On one hand, I want the Bills to lose because 1. screw them and 2. they're the more dangerous team. But on the other hand, I want the Bills to win because if NE advances, I'd rather have the AFCCG in Foxboro - traveling to Denver is such a crappy disadvantage.

The Divisional Round might be my favorite week of football every season. The random wild card teams that shouldn't be there are usually gone and the 1 seeds that had a bye have to prove they won't just go out Peyton Manning Colts style.

Really can’t even care who wins. On one hand, I’d love to have NE win and host for a shot to go to the big game. On the other hand, if they beat Houston, I feel like they can match up decently with Denver and I have less faith their QB will pull a rabbit…. I know he’s had a few wow 4th quarters, but that guy in Colorado isn’t a top 5 QB in the league.

I really want to beat both these teams. I agree with you on home field, but getting past the Texans and beating the Broncos in Denver would prove just how good the pats are.

When choosing a path i always think what's more likely that Milton and Spilane coming back can stop one of those Bills drives in the second half for us to win a close game instead of lose a close game or the OL issues and susceptibility for Maye to get sacked against a good defense to get fixed on the road against an elite defense and i think there's only one answer.

We'd rather play Buffalo at home, we know can run on them and Maye can make throws down the field and we can score and it's likely going to be a close one score game.

The Broncos are a better team all round team and would have the altitude and home advantage, if Josh Allen doesn't play a great game you beat the Bills, Bo Nix can play a bad game make a few runs and hit a play downfield and they can beat you 20-17.

You'd sign up for any option in the AFCCG though.

Buffalo has a better QB. However, you always want an AFC title game at home instead of the road. Denver is a tough place for the Patriots historically.

While traveling to Denver sucks, I also would be a lot less worried about the NFL putting their fingers on the scales to benefit Sean Payton vs. what they'd do for their new poster boy Josh Allen...

Though speaking of Sean Payton, he's a significantly better coach than McDermott, so there's that, too.

This is the ******** we are always told only happens in New England.

That'll help me see my dream SB if the Pats can beat Denver. Silence of the Rams III.

I remember joking about the Pats winning it and getting those 3 Games to Glory videos back in the first half of the dynasty years. When they got to the third one I started joking about them getting 3 Games to Glory IV, which of course they did plus some.

And now the fun part.
The Pats had the easiest schedule (Denver was next).
The Pats played the Chargers without an OL.
They played a scared QB without his best weapon.
And now they get Denver without their #1QB.
Has this been a great ride or what?

Imagine how enemy heads will explode if they pull it off. Some will probably actually have nightmares.

Even if they don't win we've been blessed.
