JETS SUCK 2025 EDITION (OFFICIAL): DIVINE INTERVENTION DENIED

I'm seriously worried about the future of this thread. Not because it isn't 100 per cent right in documenting the squalor and ineptitude that go to make up the JETE' essential characteristics, but because the JETE fans themselves are writing its script.

I have my social media flooded with JETE content. Every time some shill for the organization goes public with some optimistic nonsense about how the franchise is on the road to improvement, there is a tidal wave of response from JETE fans that, so long as Woody Johnson owns the team, there is absolutely no realistic prospect of things changing.

Here is one comment, taken at random:

The problem is that the same thing is communicated every year ...the hopes of the fans increase and then the same losing product is presented.
This franchise should be folded as they are completely inept ...the owner either doesn't have enough common sense or he's too cheap to build a stadium for the team ... establish a separate identity and/or culture from the Giants.
They can't draft or develop talent ...the O-Line is subpar and the D-Line lacks edge rushers which has been the problem for at least 20 years.
The success of Sam Darnold is an indictment as to the ineptitude of this franchise ...they continually screw up on drafting that position my goodness.
Done - Jets GTHOH

I couldn't have said it better myself!

I am with you... the thread is way more fun when the delusional Jete morons "win the offseason" and project themselves as the AFC East winners with a ~13-4 record. Like that idiot RayRay19 (who appears to be long gone...). What's the point when they have been beaten down and agree with everything in this thread?!

The point is they willingly keep coming back for more abuse; the fact they so eagerly identify with futility is telltale. Their admitting it while remaining dedicated to affliction only makes this more alarming.

A core mission of this thread is shedding light on the Jete as public health threat. Legions of followers indulging the unholy combination of insidious stank + perpetual suckage = mass masochistic syndrome. Keeping it contained to familial inheritance while warning others against innocently wandering into Jete fandom unaware is an essential and noble cause.

Nothing to look forward to? I suppose that's right. They had so many years of hope. Sexy Rexy. Dirty Sanchez. Sam Darnit. Adam Gaze. Zach Wilson. Bob Saleh. Ahole Rodgers. Now what? Ahole Glenn and lots of draft capital but no QB to use it on. The only constant has been Woody Johnson. Sucks to be them!

The first thing I thought of after I turned off the college semi final in the 3rd quarter was that "that Moore kid is going back to college next year". And THAT smacks of pure Jete luck. Prior to that game, there was a LOT of talk about how talented Moore and could get some love as the #1 pick and was in perfect position for the Jets at #2. Though much rawer, at 21, than Mendoza he has al the arm talent and a far better athlete. But last night's performance had him shooting down draft boards

It was clear to me that he isn't ready for the NFL and when the alternative is to go back to Oregon and make 2 or 3 Million, while you work on your QB skill, get stronger and more mature, AND not get drafted by the JETE, why wouldn't you go back. So the Jets won't get an elite QB pick early in the draft this year like they hoped.

BUT with all those picks in the first 4 rounds, they WILL get a lot of talent and off course will OWN April.

He should go back to Oregon, and avoid the Jets for at least a year.

You think that the JETE won't be so bad that they draft at the top of the first round next year?
