I would be absolutely shocked if a team risked hiring McDaniels. On the other hand, I wouldn't do it if I were McDaniels. Ditto with Saleh. They need to go to teams with foundations in place.

I'm not buying it. I think Vrabel discussed this with MacDaniels prior to hiring him and MacDaniels gave assurances that he would be here for at least a few years. But that's just my belief.

Another point to consider, I wouldn't want to be in the same division as Shanahan and McVay. Mike McDonald is doing a great job as well. It would be an idiotic move for Josh.

Even if there were, the last place he would go is Arizona.

BTW in this particular interview, McCourty said 'maybe' about 50 times before he said Josh McDaniels. He's just trying to shout out his guy, he doesn't know anything.

There is a lot of logic to speculation, but even WITH all the success he had this year, that's a hard sell to a fan base so soon after his 2nd abject failures.

But the biggest reason it won't happen is Josh isn't going to pull his kids out of their home and schools again. None of their experiences away from his family were good for his family.

And if you are even a little bit nervous, Josh isn't leaving Drake for Kyle Murray

Monti ossenfort is a concern, but I find it hard to imagine he moves his family to AZ.
