Actually it was in your post, but I misread it, it was Lamar Jackson that she had voted for.
Ya, that was from last year.
She mentioned several factors in why she voted for Lamar.
One being strength of D played, but several other factors that would favour Maye if she were to use the same criteria this year, which you think she would.

the “Mahomes is the best quarterback to ever play the position in terms of pure ability and performance” **** people peddle is so annoying because it’s not true. using actual numbers and not basing it off “vibes”

you can make the argument for Brady, Manning, Marino, or Rodgers having the greatest 1 year peak

you can make the argument for Brady or Manning having the greatest 5 year prime

and can you even make an argument for Mahomes being the best in terms of pure ability anymore? whatever the hell “pure ability” means, I’d take Rodgers over Mahomes in that category if they mean what I think they mean which is accuracy + arm strength + mobility?
Just the backyard football honestly has a lot of highlights lol
Thats her opinion, she’s not blatantly wrong.
She is wrong, blatantly

Kurt Warner on the “strength of schedule” argument in the MVP debate and what would factor into his pick if he had a vote. Good stuff.

Time for Drake to lock it up Sunday.

It's happening.

Stafford isn't the ****ing MVP finishing THIRD in his own division.
Not saying I think Stafford should win, he shouldn't. However I have never heard anyone try to pretzel twist themselves trying to say Maye doesn't deserve it like they are.

All that is for tv engagement.

These people are gonna have to explain their vote and how they can give it to someone who's barely making the playoffs over a dude who is looking at 11 more wins than they had last year.

I would expect nothing less than that opinion on a Pats forum.
Go check a Rams forum, I'm sure they are justifying Stafford as the MVP.
Listen and read media reports, including those that have MVP votes, it's completely up in the air.
Of course you are pointing out things that lean Maye's way.
What about Maye playing the easiest defensive schedule in the league, and Stafford playing the 2nd toughest.
I've already said I think Maye is deserving, but you are leaving out things that favour Stafford, things that will be considered.
There's really nothing other than TDs and SoS. Pretty much every other metric favors Maye.
The odds have moved to Maye -400, Stafford +300.

Worked for them last year with Allen vs Jackson didn't it?

Orlovsky really backpedaling now lol

Still think he's voting for Stafford. He was his backup. I dunno, it's embarrassing to me to see someone backpedal like this if it's true. Nobody has played a game since he went on his tour gobbling Staffords balls. I know he is a huge Maye fan overall though.

It’s damage control for the backlash he’s going to get when it’s revealed that he voted for his boy Stafford. Nobody is rooting harder for a big Stafford week and a small Maye week than Orlovsky. Well, other than Breer, the fanboy who paid for an autographed Stafford jersey and posted it on Instagram.

No one is a bigger fan of Maye than Orlovsky is. He said he was going to be a superstar when many here were begging for Wolf to trade the pick for what they called " the haul."
