I referenced multiple times that we don't know who it came from. The chef is the one who thinks it came from Cardi B. We don't know if it did. I'm sure if it goes to trial the police will investigate it and find out if it came through a phone with a number instead of, let's say, What's APP.

Obviously, they knew about it, and obviously (4 months later), they didn't expect it would come out. Either his gf, the ATTY, or a hard working media type found a public record that had been there for 4 months and the Diggs thing made it suddenly timely.

Barmore's GF/Baby-Momma supposedly stated on Dec 4th that she wasn't going to press charges. Suddenly, on Dec 16th, Charges are being filed.

The charges being filed the same day as Diggs' Chef first reporting her incident is why it seems timely.

You didn't read the report. That much is obvious. The timing was after she went to the police. She then went back 4 days later. In between, she received messages. They discussed how Diggs people knew she went to the police.In fact, she didn't press charges. Four days later, the officer checked back in with her. She informed him that Diggs's people were harrassing her. Then she said to she requested the cop call Diggs and tell them to cease all contact.

You speculate it could be this: "You don't have to get lawyers involved in a civil suit." So, someone is texting her not to file a civil suit?

A lot happens before a civil suit is filed. No one was telling her not to file a civil suit. Be real. That's the final step in the process.
