Likely Stafford’s to lose but Maye is absolutely in this conversation.

MVP means most valuable right? Where would the 2025 Pats be if Maye was hurt in week 1? I think the Rams would be ok with Jimmy instead of Stafford and they didn’t even win their division anyway,

In the ultimate team sport, I don't understand why this seems so important to people. The stadium "MVP" chanting is silly, IMO. If Maye gets it, fine. If he doesn't, probably better for all concerned.

The only MVP I am concerned about is the SB MVP, I want him to win that one. I don't care about regular season awards and I cannot believe that players care either.

For the record my vote for MVP would be Stafford and Coach of the year is Ben Johnson

I'd give Vrabel the edge over Johnson.

Why would it be better for him not to receive recognition?

I don't about regular season individual awards, never have.
I can see why players and teammates would tho, ultimately if your guy wins MVP that says a lot about the TEAM.
MVP is up for grabs, but agree Stafford is the fav.
I don't see how Ben Johnson is more deserving than Vrabs.
From 4 wins to best record in the NFL, with less of a roster than Chi.

Stafford mvp chances slipping away

Two INT's for Stafford so far tonight.

And LA is getting shredded!!!

Stafford laying an egg so far tonight. Might not matter though. The perception of Maye fattening up on an easy schedule might be tough to overcome as shortsighted as it is.

Cause Maye is still more valuable to his team imo.

I dunno man, Stafford's falling off a cliff, currently.

He certainly is,
Being down 21 LA is going to have to throw the ball on almost every play.
So Stafford will either put up huge numbers, or continue to turn the ball over.

Just checked after staffords second pick. Maye back in the lead in odds
