Game Day Thread OFFICIAL 2025 Week 16 Game Thread: NE @ BAL

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

can’t buy a 3rd down stop

Might have been you, might have been someone else, basically saying the forced fumble wasn't forced enough - but it was, it was a punch-out. So yes, took advantage of mistakes and made the other guy commit them too
Yes that was me. I am not saying it wasn't forced enough... it was forced. But there are 2 kinds of forced. There are forced plays where it doesn't matter who is carrying the ball, it is coming out. And FFs where it creates an opportunity for the ball to come out. That was a 'create an opportunity' kind of forced... not 'it is coming out no matter what' kind of forced. I am not trying to take things away from Hawkins. It was a good play.

But there is a distinction. BTW... most FFs are not the 2nd kind.

How are they so wide open ?

Looks like practice reps for Jackson. Just wide open receivers everywhere.

Man, giving up two 3rd downs already this drive is a killer for what will need to be a ton of things going their way from here

Is it just me or is Lamar slower and nowhere as shifty as he used to be?

Verbal’s defense sucks

Great coverage, Jehlani.

It's way too easy just to play pitch and catch against this defense, guys constantly open

When you can’t rush the passer, can’t cover, it ain’t a great combo

Can we send Baltimore's band back to high school

Honestly looks like they aren't even playing defense? It's borderline comical.

They're moving the football so easy on us.
