Torre is a reporter so I am wondering what in the heck basis you think he has to file a counterclaim against Bill and/or Bunny that wouldn't be dismissed in a heartbeat. If/when Pablo's hypothetical counterclaim is dismissed, then there's no discovery.

As much as I'd love to see it, there isn't going to be any discovery because nobody in this sad little group has any basis to sue anybody.

What is she suing him for anyway? She's a public figure. Her proving that he deliberately said she was banned from their facilities to try and damage her reputation is almost impossible... I mean what reputation? She doesn't even have one to maintain. That's a very high bar to reach.

Unless it's a vertical bar she'd be probably good at that. Lmao
