The media will have a touch one - they spent all pre season telling us Campbell would only be average at LT at best and will be a career guard. So they can't hand wring

You’ve been so many times already, it’s almost a guarantee

Your life must be awesome lol. I’m sure you have a lot of close personal friends who truly enjoy your company in real life and can’t wait to invite you to social gatherings.

He’s been good…not great. I think he’s an avg to above avg LT but could be an all pro LG.
He’s the best LT we’re going to be able to get. Unless we tank some year and pick in the top 10 again, we’re probably not getting a better above avg. LT to replace him.

Been asking for kw on kr for a while now. If you don’t get that last return to the 40 you don’t get in fg range. You need guys back there that are actual threats, they can impact alot.

We will need a much better effort against nyg though. I know, they suck too. But cincy is truly horrendous and you can tell flacco isn’t 100%

They clearly don't trust him enough at LT considering they brought Lowe in rather than him.
Inconclusive. Bryant already had to sub in for Moses earlier in this game. Might’ve been keeping him in reserve in case they needed that again.

I think so. Gonna happen eventually. They need a true bye so they can work on figuring stuff out. With Campbell possibly having an MCL strain, then is the best news possible. Let's hope thats true.
grateful we have a late season bye... gonna be a tough game vs the giants then a well earned week of rest and recuperation

Stop with the tired old cliched football mantra like you're Al Bundy. Some injuries can gut a team because their talent AND character is simply irreplaceable.
True, but Maye isn’t injured, so we march on.

Yes I am very happy our pro-bowl caliber rookie tackle, who is good friends with the second year QB, got carted off crying. So glad I get to complain about that. You got me.
All you ever do is complain. You are literally wasting your life crying about a 10-2 team because maybe things might get tougher because we had in injury, like every team has.
Indy lost, we are 6-0 on the road, we won today. Try enjoying success a little before crying about adversity.
And he wasn’t crying

Think you need to rewatch the games,

I truly despise the fan reflex to downplay injuries like that. "Oh he's ok but not special it'll be fine."

No, be a fan and be MAD. This sucks. It's a blow. It doesn't mean the season is forfeited or anything but don't piss on us and tell us its rain.

I saw much of this game today, but I'm saying it now the W looks totally beautiful to me.

More important, making the kind of many clutch, pressure, big plays the Patriots made today is maybe the most important experience to get before the post season, where it's lose and you're out.

This Giants game coming up is absolutely huge, and the vast majority of us did not expect it before the season, I know we're all grateful for it...and I for one am struggling to get back in shape. I totally slacked off the last few years. Back in the saddle now.

The Patriots for the first time since at least September played down to their competition. But they still pulled it off despite some very big losses due to injury.

The bad news is injuries. The good news is that the replacements stepped up and a worst weren't liabilities and at best played well.

Other good things is that Boutte and Stevenson will likely play better and better as they get healthy which will help the other losses. It was clear they were not 100% or at least used more sparingly.
I disagree, they played down to their competition in several games. I would say they did that against the Saints, Falcons, Jets and Cincy.

Inconclusive. Bryant already had to sub in for Moses earlier in this game. Might’ve been keeping him in reserve in case they needed that again.
Bryant is the RT backup. Lowe is the LT backup.

I think he's done more than enough to show he's a starting LT in the league.
I didn’t say he wasn’t. I just don’t believe he’s an all-pro or ever will be.

I DO think be can be an all-pro guard.

If they have to stick with him there it isn’t the end of the world, but I think if they upgraded at LT, and put him at LG it could be outright nasty.
