Found myself in the bowels of the interwebs (AKA Reddit/Falcons) this morning. Its interesting to see their discussion about this game and that it is going to be a loss, they offered no scenario of if we do this or that we could win. Instead they complained about the head coach, the GM and the owner. I think we can all feel their pain and say to them...Better you guys than us!

Sidenote..... they expect to hear over and over the 3-28 during the game but I think it doesn't bothers them too much anymore as they are a broken/defeated fan base.

There was a better option at the time.

If Rham is out, are we really going into this game with only Trey & Jennings??
Do you think they'll call up Johnson as the 3rd after being here for 3 practices?
Actually, it might be nice to see Jennings & Henderson be a 1-2 punch for a full game.

I'm about 98% certain they're going to promote one from the PS. He may not play much, but he'll be available.

Falcons have a better shot if Cousins plays. Penix is awful.

Cousins is washed & afraid to throw downfield. Penix sucks too. Atlanta is susceptible to the run. Contain Bijan & manage the turnovers, we win.

The Patriots have a short week and play Thursday night after the Tampa game on the road. Did not think the Tampa game would be flexed due to this. You might be right about the Bills game.

We won last Sunday despite losing the turnover battle 2-3. That doesn't happen often and probably won't happen again against a team with Atlanta's talent. They are going to be pretty much at full strength, and they have l lot of brand name offensive talent. They also have a decent OL with includes all pro's Chris Lindstrom and Jake Matthews. (And I never miss the chance to mention that I coached Chris Lindstrom's dad, who also played in the NFL, even though in HS, his dad was like 6'3 200lb skinny and uncoordinated, who bloomed in college at BC )

There could be a good chance Rham misses this game due to the fact that we brought 3 rbs onto the practice squad this week.

I don’t think they can trust Henderson’s pass blocking. I wonder if Jennings can PB?

That was the thing that jumped out at me when I saw him in pre-season two years ago. He hits like a truck.

Atlanta is such a different team week to week. They feel like they’re too good to just fall to 3-5. I feel like we’re going to run into one of their good games. Just hopefully we bring our best Sunday,

I think you have to dress 3 rbs with how committed we are to the ground game.

Maybe it's just the romantic in me but I'd like to think Atl won't 'fall' to 3-5 so much as the Pats will send them careening to 3-5
