This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

Just a quick notice to the Game Day Thread folks who might want to panic here - this Cleveland defense is not like the other teams NE has faced recently. This is a ridiculously good defense, one of the best in the NFL. Possibly THE best. It's not gonna be as easy sledding as you might be used to, or at least it shouldn't be. The fact that NE moved the ball relatively easily for most of that drive is a very good sign. Coming away with 3 is still good, because Cleveland's offense is no bueno.
What makes that play call on first and goal so bad, is that was the opening drive. These are suppose to be the plays you thought about the most. They had all week and came up with that? So bad.
