It's easy, and only takes a few moments. He was diagnosed in 2006, but apparently it was a genetic condition.Really tragic situation. Apparently he just reached out this last week to the media due to needing a kidney transplant. I guess he’s had kidney disease for nearly 20 years now.
Really sad to hear he couldn’t find one in time. Gathered that he was an all around good dude. RIP.
Shameless plug to be an organ donor. You can help others, often multiple people. Not every death can be a donor death but it eases the burden for donor families and often is a silver lining in a tragedy. So sad
Knew he needed a kidney, didn't expect this.
This coming on the heels of RB Doug Martin dying at the age of 36.
No bueno.
Completely different situation from Mangold's, but just as tragic
RIP to both.
Ex-NFLer Doug Martin jumped out of 2nd floor rehab center window in suspected psychotic episode months before death
Martin’s death is under investigation.sports.yahoo.com
So sad for such a young age at 41.. my prayers going out to his family. Albert Haynesworth was dealing with the exact same thing.Really tragic situation. Apparently he just reached out this last week to the media due to needing a kidney transplant. I guess he’s had kidney disease for nearly 20 years now.
