This is true... But If the pats are as good as *I think most of us think they are?* They should win this game. The Titans aren't good. Their offense specifically. It being closer than maybe it would be otherwise can be an excuse I can accept but not losing the game.

Wow kickers these days are very good. 50 yarder didn't even look hard for Slye.

Something about the ball has changed as well, IIRC. I've heard commentators mention how they think the first 70yd field goal could happen this year. I think they don't break in the balls anymore before the game.

It feels like teams are starting mid field every drive, I remember when teams had to march down their own field before even get to the other half.

It's the new kickoff and return rules. NFL managed to make them exciting while still reducing injuries because of the way teams set up now. I like it.
