I didn't know they changed the format again. I'm pissed. No other sport gives every single game to the higher seed.

Everything Durran did here annoyed me. Loafing after a ball he clearly thought was going out and then a horrendous relay throw didn't let them throw out a loafing Stanton.

Everything Durran did here annoyed me. Loafing after a ball he clearly thought was going out and then a horrendous relay throw didn't let them throw out a loafing Stanton.

They can dump his fkn dumbass, blew it 2 nights in a row.

Felt like we should've sold high on him at the deadline. We have depth in the outfield and he is a streaky hitter and a roller coaster in the outfield.

He was not wrong. Gave up all 4 runs in 3 innings.

Defense let him down. Duran slow played the double by Stanton, which ended up being a non-factor. The outfield misplayed the Texas-leaguer by Bellinger, Duran's meh arm cost them a better shot at Bellinger at the plate. Then Volpe's double play ball evaded Gonzalez, who may have been shaded too far towards second. Then Lowe clanked the last one and let two in. Regardless, five hits against a rookie throwing 100 isn't going to get it done. Raffaella, Narvaez, Refsnyder and Abreu all going 0-fer and Duran hitting .091 have more to do why they lost this series than that kid's effort last night.
