Borregalis is a classic example of a team SAYING you get on the team on merit not on draft position, then going with the higher draft pick. Almost always a mistake, except possibly with qb's who require longer development than a d----d kicker. Romo outplayed him in preseason and should have been given the job.
Well let's not make the same mistake twice so that in a year or 2 we're saying "we should have kept Borregales." Odds are he will still turn out to be a very good kicker.

Seriously? Ryland was having these same issues 2 years ago. This happens with a lot of young kickers. The new guy needs to be given a much longer leash.
