Josh Simmons got the lowest Chief PFF grade for the week. Meh he looked all right with the eye test other than the penalties.

The Chiefs offense will improve, that’s Chargers D is nasty. Both offenses were rusty early and will improve. Game one.

When you're starting Thornton, it means you've really ran out of options at WR. I don't think they're as weak as some here are suggesting, but I don't think the ceiling is much higher. Their skill position players are Pats 2013 caliber and their QB is markedly worse at elevating low tier skill players.

Or he is in a substantially better position than he was with a sucky QB with a weak arm in Mac Jones and an offensive line that couldn’t block long enough to develop any deep passes.

Football is a team sport, no matter how much that gets repeated… it seemingly can’t be said enough. This isn’t singles tennis.
