Curran: is going to have to ball wash Diggs for an interview this year.
That wouldn't have been nearly enough to get it done. 2 firsts and a pro bowl nose tackle was the package.I'd have offered up White, a 2nd and either Elliss or Dugger for parsons.
If anybody knew this, we sure did…Great player, but reading defenses aren’t his strong suit.

White's not good enough. And who's playing DT if you trade Barmore or Williams? Our two 1sts would've been better; and they could've had their choice of Barnore, White, or Milton the Toaster Williams.
And you’d be whining for the next four years that he’s getting paid $47 million a year and only getting 10-12 sacks a season. Our two 1sts would've been better; and they could've had their choice of Barnore, White, or Milton the Toaster Williams.
NFL bylaws state the following:Pats had a higher slot than the Bears.
Why weren’t the Pats awarded Jaylon Jones?
I’m guessing the Patriots grouped Woods and Jones together, said they only wanted 1, and gave Woods the higher priority.Waiver System18.11 (A) All claims filed by clubs shall be in priority order within groupings of one or more and the claiming club shall indicate the number of players within each grouping it wishes to be assigned. No player may be listed more than once.
All I am saying is that I am glad you are not the GM. lolOur two 1sts would've been better; and they could've had their choice of Barnore, White, or Milton the Toaster Williams.
This tweet is too good to not post
Good ol' days
It worked out for us, but not calling a time out was not the right call there. Do you remember perhaps any important games where BB didn't call a time out late when the other team had the ball with a chance to go up? They did score and we lost?If they run the ball 4th down never happens.
There are two scenarios:
1. They score a TD
2. They run out of time.
Because Belichick put a mind meld on Carroll, he forced Petey into a bad position. Even his own assistants thought Belichick was insane by refusing to call time.
That's life, Bob. Instinct, gut feelings, complete and utter ignorance are part of it just as much as analytics and all of them fail often enough, otherwise, there would be no one praying to God or calling gambling hotlines or throwing salt over their shoulder or listening to the likes of Tom Curran or Stephen A. Smith (ffs). It worked out for us, but not calling a time out was not the right call thete. It happened to BB a few times actually.
