That slim chance approaches zero the more BB flaps his gums and *****es and moans that he had to answer to someone--like the rest of humanity has to.
Bill's arrogance grew and grew until he became thd creature he is today. Pride comes before the fall.
It's an old story.
And so many of you, my dear readers, excused and even defended his screwball, highly ineffective drafting, which should have been removed from his duties after he took seventh round/priority free agent Stanford DB in the second round of the 2015 draft. What is his name?
Jordan Richards, whom Charles Davis ranked as the 23rd safety in that draft class.
An obvious lack of athleticism be damned, Bill overruled consensus and his scouting department and the lackluster Combine numbers (except for Richards's excellent three-cone time), to take this guy when the team already had Devin McCourty and Patrick Chung as the starting safeties.
You all saw Jordan Richards's physical limitations in games. Great character can't overcome mediocre athleticism.
If only that had occurred and drafting returned to being decent, think how the subsequent years would have been even brighter.
And Don Shula's total win record would have been broken.
