Dobbs must go,

Who can we get as a number 2?

I have my eye on Skyler whose now in Pitt.

To me it looked like Baker stopped and looked for the pass after he got by defender but Dobbs thought he’d keep sliding across the endzone.

Strange is going to get cut.

Brown is so limited, it really really strains belief that he's in there over Strange. This must be because Strange is in his 4th yr and isn't going to be resigned or stay on.

I'm really shaking my head here that we drafted Strange, Sow, Layden Robinson, Wallace, Jake Andrews, not to mention others like Mafi and Hines, and we have Brown playing ahead of all of them.

It defies belief that this could happen.

Position in the draft for all these OL selections that haven't panned out: 29, 68, 103, 107, 117, 144, 210!!!!
Jake Andrews has taken the most 1st team reps at Center for the Texans. Coaching?

This. This really pisses me off. Wtf happened to BB and then the front office that they couldnt draft for ****. It’s truly dumbfounding.
You want to be really scared? BB to blame for Strange, but the next several picks (Wallace, Robinson, etc.) are all current front office.

Of these players, Strange was the only one who looked half decent. Makes me think the same guys blowing it again and again and again may also be responsible for Sow. (I know for a fact that Belichick was responsible for Jake Andrews because Andrews was at the East-West Shrine game).

Maye was a bit disappointing..
His throws were a tad off high today, especially the first drive, not sure the issue. The delay was bad. But otherwise I thought he looked really good — good pocket presence and movement within it, right decision making, no panic, able to check out of plays into running game mismatches. All the little stuff you want to see. Just need to refine his mechanics for more consistency.

passing is more exciting but it drags the length of the game out with incompletions, and therefore risk of injury in a meaningless game

Not concerned about the excitement, but that phase of the offense clearly needs more work. Good point on keeping the clock running

Wooooooahhhh!!! Have to say that Andrews started 2 games with the Patriots in his first year and he looked much better than any of our other interior linemen.

Agreed. I do think this years draft was good though…..so far.

The #2 has to be so bad that Maye doesn’t get upset and have to find the cry room. Milton would be starting by now if he was still here. Imagine he and Henderson in the same backfield.

I’m sorry, but Maye holds onto the ball and throws lobs, he is going to get his WR killed. I just don’t see any real upside for him.
