I don't think it's all that hard to get a serviceable backup. I wouldn't have traded Milton, because he had some possible upside, and I figured he could learn to do the routines stuff (eventually). I'm not rooting against the guy, but I take some comfort in doubting he's going to develop into anything special.

I was on the record when they traded him stating I thought they should’ve kept him to see how he developed under Josh but since the trade he has gone from a halfway decent college QB to a great QB.
