Here in Canada the preseason games are shown on NFLN, but most are replays. the Pats game for example will be shown Saturday morning here, and I'm hoping to watch live. From patriots.com:

TELEVISION

This week's game will be broadcast by the Patriots Preseason Television Network and can be seen in every New England state. The preseason network's flagship station is WBZ-TV CBS in Boston. Devin and Jason McCourty will headline the broadcast booth for both of the locally produced Patriots preseason games, joining veteran color analyst and former Patriots quarterback Scott Zolak. Former Patriots quarterback Brian Hoyer will provide analysis from the sidelines for the Washington game. In addition, senior editor Paul Perillowill provide in-game analysis in the Bobs Discount Furniture Studios. WBZ sports director Steve Burton will continue to provide sideline analysis, which will include interviews with Patriots coaches during the game.

I have a streaming box and get local feeds for all the big cities/networks, so I do get "CBS Boston". My guide doesn't say anything about WBZ, but I assume they are one in the same?

Worst case scenario is wait till sat, but then I can't post how good Chism looks live

Yes, WBZ and CBS Boston are one and the same.

Is WBZ CBS News a dedicated news channel? Like is there a regular CBS Boston channel, and a dedicated news channel and the game is on that channel? If it's a dedicated separate News channel, I'm not sure if I get that, will have to search.

Paramount plus has WBZ to watch the games.
You need to have the premium version of paramount plus for the channel.

I have a streaming box/service that gets several hundreds of channels and VOD feeds from around the world. I have paramount plus, but here in Canada they don't show NFL pre-season games as they are all licensed to NFLN.

Understood.

Is it streamed anywhere else for us out of marketers. Just wondering if I’m just gonna have to put the patsfans away tonight for a few hrs and watch the 10 o’clock replay

I'm in Western Canada, and I get every Patriots game on the CBS and FOX Boston affiliates throughout the preseason and season instead of having to buy Sunday Ticket.

The Seahawks game last night was on the NBC Seattle affiliate.

Yes, I get all the regular season games through the channels you mentioned, or the CBS/Fox affiliate of the opposing team's city. So I do get CBS Boston, and if it's on that tonight I will get it, I just wasn't sure if it is was being shown an a dedicated News CBS Boston channel. If so, I may get that too, but will have to search.

It's one channel.
WBZ is also known as CBS Boston.
I was just looking for a quick logo/image, sorry for any confusion.

Just checked my guide, and it's on the CBS Boston affiliate tonight.

Awesome, thanks. For some reason my guide has "no information" on most channels almost all the time. Can't complain, $15/month for hundreds (maybe thousands) of channels around the world, VOD including live PPV sporting events...etc.

(unsolicited) PSA: Please note Ian’s guidance on posting links; particularly links to illegal streaming.

ANNOUNCEMENT - A quick note about illegal streaming channels/sites/links

I may have accidently asked a question that COULD lead folks to innocently breaking a rule.
Please read Ian’s rules of the road & understand them so I won’t have to feel guilty. Thx

I've posted no links, so think I will avoid prison time

Patriots fans down here in Washington can watch the game on the CBS affiliate.
