Looking for the best ways to stream/watch games when at our house in Mass. I purchase the YT NFL package each year which provides games when I'm at our house outside New England but can't stream them locally. Has anyone found a solution that works without cable/Sat? Open to HD antenna or similar.

Sidenote - For those prior service id.me has a 50% discount for the YT NFL package. Think it's just under $200 for the season.

Why wouldn't you be able to watch the Pats locally? Have they had blackouts?

We don't currently have local channels, streaming only. Assuming if I get an HD antenna that should take care of it but wasn't sure.

I dumped directv when they lost the package and all I have is streaming, but I bought an indoor antenna (per tv) to be able to get the local games on one tv with the Sunday ticket on the other. Also need it for college football and a couple of other things.
Depending upon how close you are to the stations, they work fine.
I bought different types on Amazon so I’d have one for each of the 9 TVs and they all are pretty similar

TYVM!

Whatever indoor antenna you choose to get, don't be fooled by their supposed 'range' specifications.

Take whatever number of miles they allege the antenna is good for, and cut that in half or even more.
Pay the few extra bucks and get a good one that will actually work as advertised, that you can depend on.

I'm now in Florida, where the terrain is so different that it's not a good comparison.

I ended up with something off Amazon with lots of good ratings, but I don't recall the brand, sorry.

The first one I purchased was about $20-$25 and was useless. The second one was amplified with thousands of positive reviews, about $50 or so if I recall. A product on Amazon with lots of good reviews is almost always a winner, in my experience.

Thanks. Will research.

Yeah I got a fairly powerful antenna from Amazon for when the internet was out when I lived I South Florida. It worked pretty good. Now I’m up in the mountains now and that thing is useless.

NINE TVs?! What is your setup like?

Good topic.
Last year was first year without cable.

The antenna I have now is in the $15 dollar range.
Fine for no wind days.
Wind disrupts signal so I am looking for better though.

Most of the streaming services have a live programming package. I’ve bounced around between some of them or signed up for a free week for a couple, all of had live programming packages. (Hulu, You Tube TV, Fubo, Sling)

That’s insane.

I have two, one of which I don’t think works.
At one point I counted TVs across our homes, office, and boat - 17. Not a flex, realized that at some point we lost track of what was important. Immediately started downsizing.

A lot of the games are on CBS, which you get with a Paramount Plus sub. Pretty cheap as a backup for when the antenna craps out.
