Promote Marrone to DC? As a former HC he should be qualified. Then make Moses a player-coach.
Marrone has his hands full with the OL.

Besides sounds like they are already grooming a young coach for the DC job.

I'm thinking that Maye's issues are his footwork. He really needs to work on that still. It was one of the biggest issues of his coming out of college. He improved some, but needs to continue to improve.
And simply patience, he's young and shoots his load too soon.

I think more Cut!
The 49ers or some team with a history would probably give us a pick for Bourne. He's got two more years on his deal, not that old and he's very affordable.

He doesn't have to if they keep him upright and give him very good Talent. Daniels is special he almost lead them to SB in Year one.
Daniels had much better player talent and coaching staff as a rookie than Drake had.

He better get healthy by the end of the week for that to happen. Nobody is Trading for him injured.

It's way too early for declarative statements. If he just has a bruise he'll be back by next week.

That's the point: Bourne needs be cleared next week.

Vrabes said he got rolled up on. Maybe high ankle sprain. Or with his knee history they’re just taking it carefully.

Bourne is out for several days after his injury. Seems now he’s possibly going to end up on the IR with possibility to return. Depends on who else gets injured in camp.
I am not sure if they will keep him as his cap is too high.

They might as well cut him if he becomes healthy . Bourne could probably look for injury settlement or remaining in IR.

Or maybe he had?

That would be even more shocking given the girth remaining.
If he had the amount was miniscule. If your in the hospital for any time use lose wgt cuase the food sucks and in his case the docs would want him to lose wgt if he had heart or diabetes issue

Let's hope one of our Division Rivals don't have their eyes on E Chism. Would hate to see him in Buffalo or Miami.
He’s a fringe nfl player probably a practice squad guy. There is a lot more to worry about than that.

In the Flustercluck that was last year's team, Boutte looked like the only Young WR that had a clue. Why anyone believes that he doesn't deserve to be on the 53 and could get better is beyond me.
Has anyone said he shouldn't be on the 53?

Is he really expensive for a capable NFL veteran WR? Or is that noise from haters who are unhappy he’s not been more productive and got injured?

How expensive would it be to sign a WR mid-season in case of injuries depleting the roster? How capable would they be?

How would that compare to having Bourne available to come back from IR? Would he be an affordable insurance policy?

It depends on how some of the kids on the WR roster develop, and who gets signed to the PS. Polk is starting to show signs of life, as is Baker. We just have to see.

Meanwhile some posters seem confused about Bourne, saying he’s a bum and should be traded. If he’s such a bum why would any trade partner be interested?

I've never said he's a bum, but he is what he is, 8 years is a big sample size. If any of the 3 young kids show promise I just don't see how you keep Bourne at $7.7M. IR may be a different story.
