I really, really want Will Campbell to prove all the doubters wrong.

Another thing that's overblown. Sure, his wingspan and arm length are pretty short for the position, but he's also an athletic freak and sharp as a tack. That gets totally overlooked. IMO he will always struggle a little with elite speed rushers, but for the majority of competition he faces, he'll be more than fine.

Yeah, no pads = nothing for the offensive linemen to get their hands on to redirect them. Tough to make a real judgment that way.

I would too. I think he’s got a great chance. The guy is very talented. He had to get his head right. Maybe he has.

I hope he makes it, always thought he had the talent to make it in the NFL (playing for the Pats of course)

It’s not football until the pads come on. Even WR’s with free release and no pressure on the QB have a huge advantage over CB’s.

I can't believe 3/8 th of an inch could make that much difference. Scar co-signed the pick, said his footwork would make up any leangth deficiency

I think you have to look at the entire body of work. Dude's been exceptional in the SEC. I'm less concerned about this kid than I am the chitty wideouts. I feel like they checked the box at LT with Campbell and can move on to addressing other concerns. Do I think he's going to be Anthony Munoz or Joe Thomas? Nope. Can he be Matt Light or better? Maybe.
