I suppose rap is crap is a bad way of putting it. But I think we can agree to disagree about rap.

That list and your comment about culture is accurate, though I'm not sure what they mean by most popular. Any form that crosses over into different cultures will likely be more popular. The reason Latin music is lower is because it doesn't cross over as much as rap, but if I had a choice I'd choose Latin, electronic or dance over rap any day.

I'm also more into country lately. I leased a car a few years ago that had some country music still loaded into the jukebox and it got me interested.

The thing is, everyone would have a different list, as @RobertWeathers pointed out earlier. And nobody is right or wrong.

My wife and oldest are HUGE country music fans. Morgan Wallen, etc. I like it. Respect it. Can listen to it for long periods and not get annoyed but don't love it like they do.

It's interesting though...when I put on Blizzard of Ozz it's like someone took a knife to their ears. No tolerance.

I think the front office may be waiting to see if the NFL is going to hand down any punishment on Diggs.

Looking at the video, I can’t tell if it’s weed like some folks are saying, with the thing at the bottom being a lighter or if it’s pink cocaine as first reported. Going back through the video, once folks said it’s a lighter, I guess I can see how that makes more sense. Looks like an object, not powder and I think I can see the lighter top.

Agree with others, if he just handed somebody a bag of weed on a boat, it’s a non story.

All this doesn’t change the fact that the NFL may decide to **** with him. If he’s suspended for any length of time it really screws stuff for the pats

Lol.. I'm sure @signbabybrady would oblige that not all rap I'd say is good.. but for the most part it is.. it's the most popular, most cultivated music in the world.

I cannot relate to the Beatles or some music genres but I respect it, and I don't call it crap because I don't listen to it.. that's the difference. People get what they "don't like, or don't listen to twisted with being crap. However hip-hop is a culture, a way if life, a form or expression that no other form of music can do to connect the world.

The Beatles were phenomenal for what they were able to do in thier era. Some of rap sure I can do without However the golden era was late 80s to 90s. Hip-hop is a way of life for all nationalities they can relate too in some way shape or form.

Personally, I'm not into rap, but I remember my parents not being into rock and roll. Whatever floats one's boat. You can always change the dial, so to speak.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. Eminem is definitely one of my top 5 favorites.

The Way I am, Forgot about Dre, and Lose yourself are amazing. My Name Is was incredible too even though it got played out real quick. Pretty much every song on the Marshall Mathers LP is a hit.

I believe Rap God contains the fastest words per minute of any verse in rap history.

I hope you didn't intentionally leave the Wu Tang Clan off your list too because I love them too.
