The Bill megathread (HC at UNC, girlfriend, etc.)

Grew up in Auburn, now live in Williamson county north of Austin.
I believe that I've been to Auburn on trips to Sebago.

I've made visits to Austin because it was relatively close to San Antonio where I lived. Went to Willies 4th of July picnic one summer. Williamson county sounds like a place where I could live from reading about it.

I nearly froze solid first winter back after living in TX.

Now I'm starting to think there's something to the theory that her influence is the real reason why BB is out of the league.

Making your brand bigger than the team and burning a bridge pissing all over a franchise's trademarks (and probably breaking some kind of agreement you had with the team in the process) is probably not a great way to endear yourself to an NFL team that wants to bring you on board.

What are you making up now?

I miss Maine in the summer.

No better place on earth from around June-September.

Bunny thinks she's Taylor Swift now trying to get around trademarks and claiming Bill's quotes.

"Bill's version" for his quotes lol. Do Your Job ("Bill's version"). Lol. Lol. Lol.

You know…I could have totally seen him doing this WHILE he was with us, you know, when those phrases mattered (for his legacy blah blah). But now it’s a little late….doesn’t Bunny know that he’s not part of the Patriots anymore? I think it’s a little late to make $ off slogans that were part of a previous team/dynasty of his….Im sure he will be using them again along with some new bangers like “Pre-nups for no one!” And “Give her all YOU’VE got!”…though the last one sounds star trekky….not that she would know what it is….

My sources at the time he was shopping himself around were consistent on BB's insistence that he have complete control over personnel and direction of the football program. That alone was enough to turn off all NFL owners given that, despite widespread respect and admiration for his coaching prowess, there was the recognition that Belichick was far from perfect in several realms of the game.

His enabling of Hudson is an offshoot of that "whatever I say goes and I don't care what anyone thinks" attitude - which is only acceptable when he wins championships.

Of course, in college football, it's nearly ALL about recruiting - and while NC decided complete control was worth the gamble to attract talent with dreams of their draft prospects rising for having played for the legendary Bill Belichick - which combined with good coaching could be expected to result in great success.

At this point, with BB violating his own "don't cause distractions" mantra, one has to wonder if he's helping or hurting recruiting.

The current assessment of UNC seems to be that he's hurting recruiting, hence, despite the "whatever BB wants BB gets" contract, they're clearly taking steps to keep Hudson away from the program, which can't be going over well with Belichick.

I won't be shocked if Belichick never takes the field as coach. for UNC

Whether he knows it or not, BB is answering the question of whether he or Brady were most important to the Patriots' success.

It looks like we will find out whether the saying “any publicity is good publicity “ is true or not because I haven’t seen any recent good publicity….

Maybe another young gold digger, hotter than Jordan, should apply.

I highly doubt she would hire her own competition. Still, that is damn good money.

Oh great, now you are sending me personal love messages by DM. Oh heck no. Keep your own crap. The forum is sick of you.
Have a miserable day Sweetie.
