Neither has Will Campbell. I haven’t heard any news about Woodson either so maybe he’s like Henderson.

It might be an ‘insurance’ thing though, doesn’t want to risk injury with no contract in place. Shemar Stewart wan’t present for his rookie camp and that was the reason given. I wonder if they have the same agent.

“Holding out” from rookie mini camp for a contract would be an astonishingly poor start to your career.

Some rookies go through the entire offseason program up until training camp without a contract. No way Henderson is doing that, in my opinion. It’s either mild injury or something personal.

eh, i'd rather have him sit out over a contract than have any type of injury that causes him to miss practice time starting day 1... it sucks, and its not a good look for him, but football is as much a business as it is a sport...

With regards to Henderson, remember that Jayden Higgins just signed a fully guaranteed contract which I suspect has upset things as regards the contract negotiations for those at the top of the 2nd round.
