Interesting. I think for us older guys who have had relationships before our wives there are some women who were good for us and some -sometimes unknowingly, were not. That could be what has happened. Not sure.

I think it's more likely his decisions over the past few years were more based around hubris, being uninformed/lacking information, and his knowledge and processes not evolving with the game and industry which led to his downfall.

TBH, I never paid much attention to her but upon further review she has a nice body but a kind of skanky face.

Yep that's been said by a few people. He'll get two years if they suck/stay the same but he'll be fine if they are winning 10 games and the bowl money is rolling in.

Plus you have some long-term people working cushy jobs in these college athletics departments who aren't bothered and when a guy like Bill- who already is a demanding person and who is about as cordial as a cactus, that has a potential for a cultural clash with southern hospitality.

A pigeon like BB is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Gone is the fame and lifestyle of being able to buy whatever you can dream of. These people don't go to Nebraska Furniture Mart. They employ the top Interior Designers and have furnishings custom made. Rubbing elbows with the NC upper crust.

There's a pattern developing where Bill allows someone close to mess up what he's built.

Beats some powerhouse in a Bowl game. I know that BB is coming back to the NFL. There is no way that he is walking away from the NFL this close to breaking Schulas record.

Hubris was what I chalked it up to back then. But it also have been BB was a little distracted. I just seemed to me something was going on in his life.

Yeah, 100% the second part. He was 100% the smartest man in the room and new better than everyone, and no one in the staff to check him. That's far more likely than being blinded by the patch.

It wasn't just that year, the next year 22 the team played like it did under mayo,and no adjustments were made. They played sloppy, mistake filled, uninspired ball. It went on week after week.

Look I've mostly stayed out of the TMZ relationship stuff but from a Bill perspective once he coaches you will put up with almost anything for it.
