But that's the account from 1 person. Not saying he's is innocent but it's not fair to ruin his life without concrete evidence. Some woman have lied about such things before.

Gobe, they are allegations no doubt, but they are in an affidavit filed in court, lending them some semblance of credence... letting the situation play out a bit makes sense... sometimes its better to be prudent, don't ya think?
