Daniel Jeremiah's First Mock

Dane Brugler's top 100

Some really interesting choices

3. Jalon Walker
8. Armand Membou
19. Derrick Harmon (ahead of Grant (26) and Nolen (29))
37. Mason Taylor
39. Elijah Arroyo
40. Jahdae Barron (that one intrigues me)
53. Nick Scourton
75. Princely Umanmielen
90. Elic Ayomanor (Not his biggest fan but would snap him up here).

round 3 is the DT sweet spot.

67. Darius Alexander
73. Jordan Phillips
76. Deone Walker
78. Omar norman-Lott
88. Joshua Farmer

And CBs

77. Quincey Riley
86. Jacob Parrish
91. Nohl Williams
93. Trey Amos
96. Cobee Bryant
99. Darien Porter

Trey Amos 93rd?!? Is that due to the injury he suffered in Mobile?

Daniel Jeremiah mock 2.0

Has Darius Alexander going in the first putting an end to the pipe dream where I could pick him up in the 3rd.

A couple of surprises here, in both directions...

From his blurb

"At six feet tall with 32-inch arms, Amos can match up well against NFL size. He is very scheme-specific, though, which will eliminate him for several teams. But his consistency in coverage improved each season."

I assume that's the reason.

Henderson, Donovan Jackson, Alexander, Jihaad Campbell, Zabel... very interesting.
And Warren really isnt going beyond 7, which means that would be as far as i would trade down.

Someone who was ranked in the middle of round 1 is going to fall to us. Is it Malaki Starks, Mike Green or Ideally it's Josh Simmons?
Hopefully Simmons. Tbh, he’s the only one I trade out of the top 10 for. If they can get him and add some ammo it’s worth the wait.

Have a feeling he would of been the pick at 4 had he not been injured.

Is his head on straight? Is his Patellar OK? A lot of these rumors around draft time turn out to be true.

I think of Daniel Jeremiah as being the gold standard when it comes to how the NFL view these prospects and his first first round mock is out today.

In our Patriots forum mock draft, the Titans did take Abdul Carter #1 overall. In the real draft I doubt they shake it up that hard. I think they will take Ward #1 overall. This means the Giants pick at #3 is huge. If they go Sanders or Dart, we end up with either Carter or Travis Hunter and that would be a huge win.
