Stefon Diggs visiting Patriots

That clip that RealFan posted is the exact reason I can't stand him. Get's in the endzone, runs his suck and costs his team 15 yards. My guess is Vrabel will have him on a short leash.

At least he gets in the end zone.

I’m surprised because he doesn’t seem like a Vrabel guy. But if they structure the deal so it’s easy to get rid of him, I can see the Pats doing it. Their plans A, B and C seem to have evaporated.
I agree. I think they should sign him, if he’s throwing a tantrum and tipping over the Gatorade jugs I would expect Vrabel could walk over to him and just stare at him and Diggs would probably clam up. I also think receivers that have the reputation of Diggs are actually good soldiers for the first year or two before start losing their minds, a perfect example is Randy Moss when he was here.

If they sell it to Diggs as we need you to come in and be the leader of our receivers I think our receivers could learn a lot from him.

Sure. Then runs his mouth and costs the team on the other end.

I'm never gonna like him. I will probably tolerate him until he pulls off his helmet, poses and preens like a *****. Then I'll be yelling at the TV going "OH STFU Diggs! Just do your job and get in the huddle!".

Friends don't let friends argue with Andy
@Steve102 and @RobertWeathers as someone who cares I now feel compelled at this time to once again point out to both of you how pointless it is to debate with Andy. You know the deluge of falsehoods, strawmen and gaslighting that is coming for you and yet you persist. WTF are you doing???

I feel like it.

Scores a TD, get's a 15 yard penalty. This is exactly the reason I hate this guy. Cannot keep his mouth shut.
Other than that guys been an all pro, top 5 WR, made Josh Allen Ascend to a to 5 QB.. at 31 still can play at a high level, would be valuable here more than any other team because our roster is so ****ty..

I hope he doesn’t leave without a deal.
Agree. Yet we will still have the
“SIGN SOMEBODY…SIGN SOMEBODY…NO NOT THAT GUY” Crowd

Where we are at as an organization, this is exactly the type of lottery ticket chance we need to take. Maybe he’ll work out, maybe he won’t. Gotta take a chance.

I feel like it.

You can save someone from most anything but themselves
As always, I respect your right to exercise your free will even though in this instance it is completely FUBAR.
Please send me a PM when it's time to take you off mute, thanks.

I agree... sort of. I wouldn't mind them evaluating/bring in team first Amari Cooper but if they believe Diggs can give them more than LFG

I know this won’t be popular, but I really don’t care…Sign Diggs, Trade for Aiyuk. Trade back to 8 or so and take Campbell for LT. Take RB Omarion Hampton in the 2nd. Trade back into the 2nd to take TJ Sanders or Shemar Turner to help solidify the DL. Jordan Burch as an Edge/DE in the 3rd. Then maybe take a flyer on Savion Williams at WR if he’s there in the late 3rd/early 4th.

I get it. I know he's talented, it's all the other **** I don't like about him.

I really thought the guy had it made in Buffalo... ascending team, young QB, and yet he couldn't keep his mouth shut. Really screwed himself IMO. I guess he wouldn't be the first WR to shoot himself out of town, and he won't be the last.

Like I said, I'll have to hold my nose. The combination of this guy with two young players really concerns me. Not the guy I want mentoring my young'ins.

And I know all the detractors will be happy to tell me the position is full of guys like him. I know. I know that's why Bill couldn't draft them. Diggs is everything wrong with today's NFL athlete. I don't think I can be less in love with a player than this guy. But Vrabel ain't Bill... so maybe.

I really don't like this kid.

Shemar Turner is dirty. He ain't Shemar Stewart.

Oh don't get me wrong I totally understand guys had a tendency to be a diva.. as all great players are especially at WR.. I honestly think the diva trait in him is what makes him a great player. Sometimes guys have certain traits or characteristics that they have to play with. His competitiveness and his passion for the game is unquestionably great.

Under Vrabel here on say a 2 year deal I think it could work and greatly benefit Drake and the entire offense.
