Will be interesting to see what happens here. Obviously no one wanted to trade for him at his current salary. He made comments this year about how it was a relief that players could be themselves under Callahan versus Vrabel. Similar to the comments players made about Mayo versus Belichick. And same disastrous results. But that could have just been lip service to the media to talk the new guy up. Would be exactly the type of player to establish legitimacy first Vrabel in the locker room if it really was just lip service. But maybe he gets a better offer from a contender. Who knows.

He'll be 29 in June. So, he could give the team (barring injury), a known commodity and veteran leadership for a couple to three years (perhaps 4). I'd only be off the bandwagon if his contract would be on the high end side.

We should be looking to sign 2 interior DL, 2 EDGE defenders and 1 of each through the draft since they're strong classes. Added to Barmore/White/Jennings and I think that's gives you a good number of DL/rushers to rotate.
