2025 Senior Bowl

Aireontae Ersery, OL Minnesota - 6'6", 337lbs, 34 1/8" arms (good not great #s)
Wyatt Milum, OL West Virginia - 6'6", 318lbs, 32" arms (ugh, that's going to cost him)

IRT Savaiinaeah & Membou, short but with long arms for their ht might be a good combination. Low man usually wins. But I'll have to check out their tape a little more. From what little I've seen I think Membou might be a very good fit at RT.

Damn shame about Milum; I had been mocking him to us late in the season when we still had #1 overall... Not gonna be mocking him to us at all now.

Can he play Guard?? Michael Fat-Wenu wasn't that good last year.

Milum is almost certainly a guard with those arm numbers. I’m very intrigued by Conerly. I’d rather have him in the 20’s than Campbell or Banks in the top 10.

Conerly might be available at #38.

33" arms

Shaky on the arm length here. One of my fave picks at 38 but less than 33" is sub optimal.

Mbow needs to have a good week at both Mobile and later the combine, 3-cone & shuttle especially, in order to show his ability to compensate for his poor arm length & borderline wingspan. Milum is a straight-up Left Guard now; nobody should consider him as a Left Tackle option.

It won't end my infatuation, but these numbers are a tad disappointing. He was listed at 310 and I thought his arms were longer.

Edit: Also just noticed they've listed him as an EDGE.

Those are #s for a prototypical First Dynasty 3-4 DE, which makes him a 3-tech DT in today's world.

On Milum, we should wait and see how he copes in one on one drills but he's certainly trending in that direction. I worry a little at Mbow's weight at 307 but he's certainly got a shot at OT.

Surely you're not suggesting we waste one of our very few precious draft resources on a...Guard, are you?
This OL needs help everywhere (except probably RG). You can probably find starting interior OL in rounds 3 or later where you'll struggle to find starters at the key positions. I'd rather get a future starting iOL with my 4th round pick than a backup cornerback or wide receiver.

If there’s a trade market for Onwenu, I hope the Pats consider it. He’s not going to get any better. Houston comes to mind.

The only thing I would say to contradict this (and I'm not saying you're necessarily wrong) is that there does look like there's going to be a serious uplift in coaching next year which will hopefully improve the play of a bunch of players.

Full list of measurements here

Onwenu's been very good in the past, so I attribute last year to bad coaching.
Or it could just be a case of getting paid Now he's got no motivation. That's my fear for a lot of guys on this team. Hopefully the new coaches will get the most out of them.

Milum's arm was 325/8, that is Bernard Raimann like so its possible he could play LT

Given that Marone is the OL coach I wonder if that means we will look harder at Trapillo and Drew Kendall both are 4th or lower round guys
Trapillo is a local kid, lots of upside, didn't have a penalty all year (smart), Dad played in the NFL (pedigree), 81 PFF grade. I don't think he makes it to Day 3. Great RT. Marrone will know.

The Williams kid from Cincinnati who played LT might make it to R2. I like him too. 86 from PFF. Amazing season. 6'3" but he looks like a bowling ball with long arms.

Good guys, but their stock will be higher than people think because they are tackles. Great to have Marrone on board - he will grade out the tackles and find a couple for us.

Maybe we can find a guy who can beat out our LT Wallace

This is his Dad (Steve) holding Flutie aloft after Fluties famous moment.
