Wasn't a perfect back shoulder, it was low. Literally at his ankles with him going backwards/sideways. For a throw called 'the back shoulder' you can't miss by much more than that and also be around the guys body.

Mahomes is great, you don't need to cover for the few bad plays he makes to get that across.

People will make dumb excuses like "it's the Chiefs, you gotta be aggressive". Not realizing that psyching yourself out and taking desperate actions is why teams lose to the Chiefs. Same thing used to happen to us. Teams got scared of the boogyman and thought they needed to go outside their game to win. It was teams like the Ravens that just played us straight up as hard as they could that would have some success.
