Per bleacher report. Dont have a link. I dont understand the hype around the guy. Seems like the type of coach for a smaller club like the jags. Not the New York Jets. Whelp. I hope he fails spectacularly.

Aaron Glenn is back in Gotham Green. The New York Jets are hiring Glenn as the club's full-time head coach, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Wednesday.

Dan Quinn had a terrible game with the cowboys in the playoffs before being hired by the commanders. But its the jets so..I concur

It's amazing when their stock was at their lowest Saturday night, they get hired for a HC gig.

This was like when Patricia couldn't stop a journeyman backup QB (Foles) and had no answers for their gimmick offense only to get rewarded with the Lions job.

Dan Quinn was DC of the legion of boom before his first HC hire. That's the sort of thing that should lead to opportunities. Losing one NFC championship is very different level of accomplishment.

The AFCE was stacked with good CB's in the mid to late 90's. You don't see that in the NFL anymore.

To be honest, the Jets don't have great prospects, so I think they're getting interest from the lesser candidates who are excited to get a HC shot and don't realize this isn't the one they should want.
