So many thumbing your nose up at talent.

He's a scumbag.

He's old.

There are other guys I'd rather trade for.

But it's better than nothing.

I'd much rather have D.K to be honest. Hill..no thanks.
D.K.=Yes. Brown=Yes. Higgins (if he checks out medically, which we wouldn't have to trade for), Yes. Trade for Kyle Pitts (if he checks out medically and we use him mostly as a WR),=Yes. Trade for Drake London=Yes. Hill=HELL NO!!!

To be fair, we're fairly familiar with problematic talent (especially at WR), and mostly not in a good way.

What about double dipping?

Say Higgins and Hill.

I would love if Pittsburgh puts George Pickens on the trade block.
Pickens can probably be had. But, I have serious reservations about him. And, he's one of those 2nd Round WR's that we should have been drafting but miss on when we actually do. I'd rather get Elic Ayomanor or one of those high upside guys that you can get in or after the 2nd Round.

How about Higgins (just money), and Metcalf or Brown or Pitts (Pick(s) and money)? So, I'm totally on-board with double dipping, just not Hill as one of the two.

if it keeps him out of KC, im on board

He's going to cost way too much in both assets and money to be worth it for a dude who's gonna be 30 next season.

If they were on the doorstep of a Superbowl then sure. We aren't there.

Who needs uncoverable talent?

Hill is on the backside of his career (and too emotional/selfish) NO
Metcalf would be cool (but is kind of a 1-trick pony, gameplan specific) NO
Pickens is a dominant physical player (but nutcase, loose cannon mentally) NO
Wilson is the best as a #1, young, talent, (but would cost too much to trade for) YES
Kupp would be a great vet room leader (but will be 32, injuries have caught up) NO
AJ Brown could be solid, but needs a 1b to be productive MAYBE

Can't believe I'm actually taking his side. I don't want him as the single move at WR. And I agree I'd rather double dip with a different combo. But if it's him and Higgins or Tet I'm down.

DK I’d love if they can trade for him

AJ isn’t going anywhere, the Eagles just signed him to an extension a year ago, are perennial contenders with him, and he’d cost the Eagles too much in dead money if they traded him

Higgins I’m okay with though I have a feeling the Bengals will find a way to keep him around, he’s already fired his agent and expressed a desire to stay in Cincinnati, but if the Pats can sign him instead of spending draft picks I’m all for it

Pitts is a bum, plays too passively for a man with his size and talent, runs poor routes, can’t block well enough for a TE and gets outmuscled by defensive backs too much to be a reliable WR, hard pass

The Falcons have no incentive to trade their best WR so you can forget about London, just draft Tetairoa McMillan if you want a London-type WR

Agreed on the hell no for Reek, I’m fine with never having to root for that guy and he’s on the decline and would cost too much to pry from a division rival, no thanks

No. Last thing you need on a team with a need to reestablish a winning, confident culture is a whiny malcontent.

Higgins and Tet instead? Sure! Higgins would take a lot of pressure off of Tet (like Chase did for Higgins, or Higgins did for Chase in his 1st 2 seasons), which might help Tet develop better.
