Just for fun, here is this thread from almost exactly one year ago (Jan 17, 2024):

I heard she aspires to be a GM of a football team and the Krafts were giving her experience for a future job, good for her as long as it's not here.

She sure did

She sat in on the group doing interviews. As Mayo's designated handholder it's hardly surprising she was there to make sure he didn't F up from legal's standpoint.

What legal or compliance questions come up when interviewing an offensive coordinator? Not buying that.

I believe she didn't just "sit in" but was there to learn and took a more active role in the decision making process.

I think Glaser would be a good fit with the Carolina Panthers.

She and Clonamery's avatar, "Chief Administrative Officer" (owner's wife) Nicole Tepper, can offer their valuable input during the next NFL draft.

Carolina Panthers fans FUME as it emerges owner's wife was asked for input during 2024 NFL Draft

Contractual requirements and questions are fairly common subjects in an interview for a contracted hire.

Your 'belief' is ofc remains beyond rebuttal.

If you look at Howie Roseman's climb it's not impossible. The key thing he had going for him was he was an intern cap cruncher w/ the w the Iggles and later became Andy Reid's errend-boy for 3 years. He paid his dues as an entry level gopher and learned the biz.

Didn't you just live through the Year of Mayo like the rest of us? You don't think he could come up with a way to put his foot in his mouth and say some **** that was definitely not true or possible?

"Yeah Nick (Caley) we will pay you $1 million and Thunder will also give ya an extra couple mil under the table. IRS doesn't need to know if ya know what I mean. I think because I'm a minority and I'm hiring you then the Rooney Rule doesn't apply, or something, right? Anyway I'll get your offer written up, why interview anyone else? By the way can you take photocopies of the Rams playbook and send them to us when you get back since we play them this year."

That is true.

Good lord.

Contractual requirements and questions are fairly common subjects in an interview - but in a very broad sense. You don't need the person who "dots the i's and crosses the t's" during the interview itself.

I know Jerry's not a real source. Hell, one of you guys could be Jerry. I could be Jerry.

It sounds to me like my theory from 3 pages ago is a very, very real possibility:

"What makes far, far more sense to me is the Krafts let her (and, by extension, themselves) save some face by simply demoting her to the position she had already been doing prior to getting involved in football ops." - me

Sure... with HR. Not while talking about bubble screens and game planning.

What is just really sad about your post is that it could be true. Mayo was so dumb as a rock that I could see something like that happening. "Burn some cash."

I don't really know what she did. She was made out to be a villain around here, but not sure how warranted that was or wasn't. The overall results haven't been good in recent years so any sort of seemingly underqualified or just "unconventional" background being involved in football decisions is going to stick out like a sore thumb. So I get why she's been scrutinized and when an organization underperforms usually it means SOMETHING needs to change, so makes sense if it's her.

After a year of seeing him in action would either of you (hell any of us) trust Jerod Mayo with ordering our lunch unsupervised? 'Cause I know I'd at least want someone else there while he was calling it in

What a sad thing it is that we had to endure a HC that required an all hands on deck babysitting crew (plus trial balloons of bringing in more) to keep him out of trouble. The HC is supposed to be the supervisor, not the supervisee.

Depends on the lunch. If hes ordering a Value Meal from McD's he can handle it. If hes going to Jersey Mike's forget it he'll need Glaser lol

That's just entirely too reasonable. The mob has formed sir, the time for objective reason has passed.
We're out of torches so just grab a pitchfork and try to blend in
Take those pitchforks and get back to mucking the stables. It’s getting deep in here!

Marc Bertrand:

Is Robyn Glaser on the way out? Could she be on the way out? Is this happening in Foxborough?

Albert Breer:

Well, she’s still there. I mean, I know that. So, that’s wrong.

Scott Zolak:

What’s wrong?

Albert Breer:

The tweet, right?

Albert Breer: Robyn Glaser is still with the Patriots
