Ok, Mayo is gone and you can debate if he deserved it but he is gone. New coach may want his own GM. Pats have over $ 100 million in cap space and 9 draft picks in a so-so draft. So who do you hire, who do you sign, who do draft?

I will start it out. Hire Vrabel and who ever he wants as a GM. Build out scouting and operations to get away from BB's culture of personality. Sign or draft OT, Edge, LB, DL and espically WR. Give it a year, add fertilizer and watch it grow. Thoughts?

I’ve always said you should draft at least 1 or 2 OL in any draft, and even if no need use late picks.
