Doesn’t matter what he did, he was Brady’s OC. Kraft is still scorned from letting Brady walk. Probably wants to hear Leftwich tell him everything Brady did right, so Kraft can be vindictive at Belichick even more.He was a hot interview in the '21 hiring season (after the Tampa Bay SB), he was let go after the '22 season....not sure what he did the last two years.
Why have we not heard about a Vrabel interview?
I agree - i wonder why some minority candidates even go along with it. They can't win - either they participate in these "sympathy" interviews with no chance at the job, or if they are the best candidate some will say they were a DEI hire...Rooney rule is so demeaning for these candidates
Stop they will do a interview with him could you imagine the optics if they didn’t.There's no reason to interview him. They already gave him the job.

That’s how Tomlin got his job.I agree - i wonder why some minority candidates even go along with it. They can't win - either they participate in these "sympathy" interviews with no chance at the job, or if they are the best candidate some will say they were a DEI hire...

I agree the job is his to lose in Roberts eyes. But I expect Johnson to blow them away.? The job is his and he already knows that.
That interview already happened.
I think to satisfy Rooney rules they need to be in person interviews. I'd still interview Glenn though.so they need one more Rooney rule interview, I’d interview Aaron Glenn
